
Coaching Sessions
Specialities are confidence coaching, health and wellbeing coaching, including stress management, time management and transformational coaching.
Coaching sessions are booked in courses of 6. We run through the goals together before commencing the course. The first session is carried out face-to-face and after this you decide whether you are happy to complete the course and attend the remaining 5 sessions.
If for any reason you or Rosa feel that an alternative method is more suitable, you will not be charged for the initial session. The coaching course is spread over a period of time that suits you best, as set out in the first session.
