In this class we focus on breathing and preparation for birth as well as working on your core stability safely. The pelvic floor work we do before and after your birth will really help you with your delivery but also help you get back into shape faster. You will be given exercises to do daily through out and after your pregnancy that you will aid you with the following:
Stretch out your muscles and prevent aches and pains, tone and define your arms and legs, teach you to relax and breathe into any tension and let go, help you with visualisation and preparation for birth and pelvic floor release.

Home-based 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 Pilates sessions as well as pregnancy pilates:
If you wish to combine Pilates with a fitness regime to get great results for summer, why not have a look under the personal training section or group fitness classes where the two forms of exercise are integrated.

We can also bring Pilates to your workplace.  Just organise a group of interested colleagues or friends and we can come to you.

Back Pain Referral Classes( Referrals from Physios, Gps, Osteopaths and Chiropractors etc):
These classes are run in small groups of 5 clients, using a set 16 week system, where by the client has to be referred by the specialist to enter the program. Clients on this program are normally suffering from severe or moderate back pain and has the go ahead to exercise.

The classes are designed to help you back into your daily activities. You can then progress into one of the other Pilates classes once an improvement has been made. The program is run in 4 week blocks. If the system has not aided in your recovery after the 16 weeks you will be referred back to the referrer and a re-evaluation will be made of how best to help you.

The system is called back4Good and it is supported by NICE and Back Care Charity as well as being a REPS Level 4 graded system.
